Psychedelic-assisted therapy is a therapeutic approach that combines the guided use of psychedelic substances in a psychotherapy session to facilitate deep emotional healing and personal insight. Conducted in a controlled, supportive environment, the therapist helps navigate the experience and integrate insights into your daily life. It is increasingly recognized for its potential to treat conditions such as depression, PTSD, and anxiety, when used responsibly and ethically. Modalities offer: Ketamine- Assisted Therapy (KAP) and Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Therapy (PSIP)

    EMDR Therapy

Experience profound healing with EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). EMDR is a powerful, evidence-based approach designed to help you process and overcome trauma, anxiety, PTSD, and deep-seated emotional wounds.

Through gentle guided eye movements and integrative techniques, EMDR facilitates your brain’s natural ability to reprocess distressing memories, reducing their emotional charge and transforming how you relate to past experiences.

    Embodied and Talk Therapy

Integrative Psychotherapy combines the wisdom of the body, relational models and talk therapy to support deep healing and self-awareness. This approach recognizes the connection between physical sensations, emotions, and mental patterns, helping clients release trauma stored in the body while fostering emotional balance and resilience.
