I do not accept insurance in my private practice. I work in a fee-for-service model (aka private pay), and I can provide a Superbill (which is a receipt that can be used for reimbursement with insurance, if your plan allows it). You can also use Superbills with your HSA or FSA accounts. Please ask your insurance if your plan has OON benefits, and what are the type of sessions and rates they would reimburse to you. The codes I normally use are 90791 (Intake/Assessment), 90834 (45-52 min), and 90837 (53-60 min).

Session Fees

Sessions are varied in length, depending on the type of service, and range between and average of 45 to 60 min. Fees vary according to the type of session, and range between $215 and 300$ for most sessions. A few examples of the most commonly used sessions are listed below:

Assessment Evaluation (70 min) $250

Individual Therapy (50 min) $225

Child Therapy (45 min) $215

EMDR session (50-75 min) $225-260

Couple session (60 min) $280

Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy (3 hours) $ 600

I offer a few temporary sliding spots only for regular clients/ every week sessions, based on needs, and for clients that have experienced structural/systemic disadvantages. Please ask for current availability.
